FAIR USE POLICY

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all services provided by Numblio, headquartered in Limburg, Netherlands, ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "customer") of https://numblio.com ("the website"). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that our services are used in a manner that is fair, equitable, and consistent with the expectations of both Numblio and its customers.

1.1: Customers are permitted to use Numblio’s services for lawful purposes only. Any activities that are illegal, unethical, or disruptive to the service are prohibited.

1.2: Customers must use the services in accordance with the terms of this Policy, the applicable Terms and Conditions, and all relevant laws and regulations.

2.1: The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services:

• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malicious content such as viruses, malware, or ransomware.
• Using the service to host or transmit illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the services, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Hosting or distributing content that infringes upon intellectual property rights.
• Using services for unauthorized access to or manipulation of other users' data, systems, or networks.
• Engaging in activities that negatively impact the performance or availability of Numblio's infrastructure for other customers.

3.1: Customers are expected to use Numblio’s resources, including bandwidth, storage, and server processing power, in a manner that is consistent with fair usage and does not overload or disrupt the infrastructure.

3.2: Excessive use of system resources (such as CPU, RAM, or network bandwidth) that negatively impacts the service or the experience of other customers may be subject to additional fees or limitations. Numblio reserves the right to throttle or limit resource usage to ensure equitable service for all customers.

3.3: Shared resources are intended for normal use, and abuse of these resources, such as running resource-intensive processes that affect other users, may result in additional charges or suspension of the service.

4.1: Customers are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all content stored or transmitted through Numblio’s services.

4.2: Customers should ensure they comply with all data retention regulations and guidelines for the type of data they store or transmit.

4.3: While Numblio performs regular backups of customer data, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain their own additional backups to prevent data loss.

5.1: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, including passwords and other sensitive data, and for ensuring that their services are not used maliciously or in breach of this policy.

5.2: Customers should notify Numblio immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account or if they identify any potential security vulnerabilities.

6.1: Numblio reserves the right to monitor the usage of its services to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy.

6.2: In the event that a customer is found to be in violation of this Policy, Numblio will notify the customer and may take corrective action, including service suspension, restrictions, or termination of the account, depending on the severity of the violation.

7.1: In cases of significant violation of this Fair Use Policy, Numblio reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate the customer's access to services without notice.

7.2: If Numblio deems it necessary, additional fees may be applied to customers whose usage exceeds fair use thresholds or who violate this Policy repeatedly.

8.1: Numblio reserves the right to modify or update this Fair Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels, and continued use of the service after any such modification will be considered acceptance of the revised Policy.

9.1: It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand this Fair Use Policy and ensure that their use of Numblio's services complies with it at all times.

9.2: Customers must take appropriate actions to protect their data and systems, including using strong passwords, encryption, and secure practices for data transmission and storage.
